Our advanced cloud based database system records every information of each console by the serial number as a unique identifier for every console and every part replaced and removed are recorded and labelled by the serial number as a part of our great service.
We are very competitive in prices and we only charge for what is wrong with your console not a maximum fee for all repairs.
All our repairs come with a 12 month warranty and all the parts used for repairs are Brand New Genuine parts and they come with full manufacture warranty.
At the best case we have consoles repaired and returned within 3-4 working days turn around unless there are payment, freight or parts delays so our service is very quick.
We will email you instructions for a pickup or for you to drop off to a pickup centre
Your console will be picked up at the time slot you have selected as the most convenient for you
Drop off your console at a pickup centre close to your home usually 1-2KM or nearest township
On arrival of your console our highly trained technician will diagnose and email you a repair report
Easiest payment option is online banking or at a Common Wealth Bank branch or money orders
We usually dispatch consoles within 24hours of payment confirmation for delivery to your door
We email you a digital copy of the Tax invoice and warranty document 12Month warranty on repairs
Cost varies on the console type and what is wrong with it click bellow on the console type that you require a repair on to see few common symptoms and repair costs. If the symptoms you are experiencing are not there you can always ring us and talk to a technician directly for a cost guesstimate.

John I read on my email something about after 28 days they throw my PlayStation I paniced and rang them they said only for people who do not get back to them, they kept my console for lnonger time even when they did not have to until I got the money together thank you guys for helping me out.
